Is it better to be a slow walker or a fast walker?

I have been a fast walker ever since I was a kid. I partly blame my dad because I always had to keep up with him, which is not easy when you have short legs and he is six foot three. I practically speed walk everywhere, and nothing makes me more mad when I get stuck behind a group of slow walkers. Do they not have any social awareness? I have places to be and I want to get there fast, there is no time to waste. They tend to just get in everyone's way, right? This is what I thought, until I read an article with a stat that said fast walkers tend to be less happier than slow walkers. This is due to the fact that they slow down and take in their informant, not speed through life. There are multiple studies that deep dive into this study, and there seems to be multiple factors that go into it. Overall, the pace in which you walk shows a lot about your personality. I used to think that slow walkers were the problem, but maybe I am
